My name is Russell Ncore, i am 44 years of age and have been operating in professional capacity for just under 10 years now. Throughout my time in my profession i have enjoyed seeking clients and new starters really excel to achieve and exceed their full potential.
I have passion for boxing & have been teaching & training for 25 years plus. I studied sciences at King's College University growing my love for nature biology, playing an important role in my life. Furthermore, I studied applied business studies in Birmingham. Having the opportunity to grow an enterprise in my local community has been a dream of mine & will allow me to give back.
An area that needs focus in our community is the socio-economic development of young men especially in the BAME community. Boxing has been proven to have a positive impact on self-confidence & self-image. My long-term goal is to help the youth in the community challenging them to make changes allowing for growth in their personal life & in their contribution to society.
Working in the cooperate sector for close to 10 years I understand the stress, struggle and the limited time availability. Now more than ever we are understanding and prioritizing our mental health and wellbeing. Boxing and pad-work has been shown to have many benefits such as being a stress reliever and increase work productivity while also allowing the opportunity to be a team player.

This is the Area where I provide online training to clients and prospects. In light of recent world and global changes where you are able to achieve your fitness goals from the comfort and convenience of your house.
This service will include a number of bespoke packages ranging from 121 sessions , Group sessions and Educational Workshops. The majority of the training will be Bodyweight based however where minimal equipment is needed I will provide you with a list of necessary items well in advance of the session course or package. Please also pay attention to coaching queues and notes attached in the shared screen options

I have found our training to be very rewarding and exciting. What I enjoyed most was boxing, it was a great way to build my strength and endurance, also a good way to relieve stress. The biggest challenge for me was doing new forms of exercise which I've never done but Russell was able to take that self doubt out of my mind and turn it into a positive.
